You are
Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)

  • You already have several years of experience in the area of customer service, sales, customer success management or in a comparable position and an affinity for IT as well as ideally already professional experience in the IT industry.
  • You have a degree or comparable training in the field of economics/Business Administration with a focus on marketing, media studies or computer science.
  • You have experience in the holistic support of business customers as well as the sale of SaaS products and other innovative technology solutions.
  • You are said to have a goal-oriented, meticulous way of working as well as the ability to work in a team and you have very good communication skills.
  • You have a passion for digital trends, app design and tech innovation.

You can do that for us:

  • After signing the contract with our customers, you take over their complete support, from set-up to the end of an incubation phase, skilfully converting questions and concerns into trust and enthusiasm.
  • You take over the training of the operational contact persons and discuss suggestions for improvement with our product team.
  • Bugs are fixed quickly through your commitment to working with our tech team.
  • Through your new strategies at touch points and throughout onboarding, the customer journey will be optimized to set new standards of customer experience.
  • You combine organized process management in Jira with very good interpersonal skills in dealing with customers and colleagues.
